From City Council station toward the water — the Hedong Road side is the main stage, wide, lit, facing the full skyline. Bridge light sculptures switch on one by one. The Urban Spotlight on Wufu 3rd Road joins the route five minutes in.
Act two: the boat (20:00)
Twenty-five minutes from True Love Pier puts the light shows on the water’s mirror — an angle no amount of walking earns. Last sailing around ten; the dock lands you beside the bar belt.
Act three: the bar (21:00)
On the Qianjin bar list, Belfort Bistro anchors with sixteen hundred reviews and steady food; 1964 Music Bar turns the volume up. Window seats face the river — book, then order the district’s signature move: one drink, one view.
End at City Council station before the last train, or drift toward Xinxing for round two. Driving? The riverside parks easily, but after a drink the wheel goes to a designated driver — this night deserves a sober memory.
